These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hh89 platform, accessible at https://hh89.cam ("Platform", "Site", "hh89", "we", "us" or "our"). hh89 is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other applicable territories.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and hh89. They apply to all services, features, content and functionality made available through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino products, instant games, esports wagering, bonus programmes and responsible gambling tools.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your access to and use of hh89 is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following:

• Clicking "I Agree", "Accept" or a similarly worded confirmation button during the registration process;
• Making a deposit or placing a wager through the Platform;
• Continuing to browse or use the Platform after these Terms have been presented to you.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

These Terms should be read alongside the Platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of hh89.

To register and maintain an Account on hh89, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. The Platform reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age cannot be verified.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not a Prohibited User: You must not fall within any Prohibited User category as defined in these Terms or under applicable law.
• One Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or on behalf of others — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Own funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that legally belong to you and that are free from any encumbrance, crime or dispute.
• Self-exclusion: You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order on this Platform or any affiliated platform.

To access the full functionality of hh89, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide true and accurate information including your legal name, date of birth and contact details;
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change;
• Keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential;
• Notify hh89 immediately via the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.

hh89 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any activity that triggers internal compliance review. Acceptable KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and, where legally permitted, withholding of funds pending compliance resolution.

hh89 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods that may include bank transfers and, where available and operationally supported, digital wallet solutions. For Pakistani users, familiar payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced as examples of the local payment ecosystem. None of these institutions endorses gambling or this Platform, and availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's and payment provider's current policies.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
• All deposits must be made in the currency supported by the Platform. Amounts may be displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable.
• Deposits made by third parties are not permitted. The payment method used must be registered in your own name and match the identity on your Account.
• The Platform does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• hh89 reserves the right to refuse any deposit transaction that cannot be verified, or that appears to originate from prohibited sources.
• Processing times for deposits vary by payment method and are outside hh89's sole control once initiated.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: Full identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Wagering requirements: Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated funds may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies as displayed in the cashier section.
• Method matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operator discretion.
• Processing time: Internal processing times vary and are separate from any external payment provider timelines. hh89 does not guarantee specific processing speeds.
• Compliance holds: The Platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending AML/compliance review. Users will be notified where possible and any hold will be resolved as promptly as practicable.

All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through the hh89 Platform:

• A wager is only valid once confirmed by the Platform's system. Confirmation is evidenced by the wager appearing in the User's betting history.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movement — unless an error is identified.
• hh89 reserves the right to void any wager where it is determined that the bet was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, corrupted data feed or technical fault.
• Bets on live (in-play) markets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. The Platform is not liable for any loss of in-play betting functionality due to data feed interruptions.
• Specific sport and game rules, including settlement rules for cricket (PSL, ICC, bilateral series), football, UFC and esports, are published in the Platform's dedicated rules section and take precedence over any general guidance.
• hh89 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, payout caps or market restrictions at any time, including for individual Users or specific events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hh89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on betting markets or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any activity related to proceeds of crime;
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by minors or any other Prohibited User;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner that departs from normal recreational play and is intended solely to extract value without genuine engagement with the Platform.

All content on the hh89 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of hh89 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modification or derivative works based on Platform content;
• Commercial use of any content, data feeds or odds information obtained from the Platform;
• Data scraping, crawling or systematic extraction of Platform content by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement actionable at law.

hh89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that, once set, cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Maximum permitted loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Automated session reminders and cut-offs to prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a chosen period ranging from a minimum cooling-off duration to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are treated as urgent and actioned as quickly as operationally possible.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and activity summary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh89 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption;
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from third-party actions, including payment processor failures, data breaches at third-party providers or telecommunications outages;
• Technical failures including but not limited to server outages, data feed interruptions, software errors or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the lesser of the total deposits made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

hh89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct;
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Account inactivity beyond the period specified in the Platform's dormant account policy;
• Where continued Account activity is no longer commercially, legally or operationally viable.

On closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play in breach of these Terms) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable compliance checks and deductions for any outstanding obligations owed to hh89.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your territory of residence provides for a different forum.

Pakistani users are reminded that hh89 does not hold a licence from any Pakistani regulatory authority including PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial gambling board. The platform operates under international licensing arrangements where applicable. Users must independently assess the legality of their participation under Pakistani law and any other law applicable to them personally.

Nothing in this clause prevents hh89 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent prohibited conduct.

hh89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document;
• Post a notice on the Platform where reasonably practicable;
• Where required by applicable law, provide advance notice of material changes before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. hh89 recommends reviewing the Terms at least each time you log in following a "Last updated" date change.
